I have read and understood the Disclosure Statement related to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, announced by \u0130zmir T\u0131naztepe University Oral and Dental Health Application and Research Center. I have been informed about the processing of my personal data by \u0130zmir T\u0131naztepe University Oral and Dental Health Application and Research Center within the purposes outlined below.<\/p>

The Center also processes your data in accordance with other applicable legislation to which it is subject as a healthcare provider.<\/p>
